What should I review before closing an account that contains purchase records?
Keep product and order references outside the account when appropriate. Proceed when the effects on your existing purchases are clear.
What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?
Read the policy that applies to the actual product and seller. Do not assume a submitted request has already been approved.
What should I clarify when the purchaser and intended recipient are different?
Distinguish the person paying from the person receiving the benefit. Keep purchase records available without exposing unrelated payer information.
