Frequently Asked Questions for Warhammer 40,000: Aeldari Wraithguard terrain players draw a new tile Size:44x63 mm
How can I ask for product information in a format I can use?
Request a clearer explanation of an essential detail rather than a general reassurance. If a recording is the only source, ask whether the relevant details can be supplied in another usable form.
How can I assess an important claim made about a product?
Check the source and date of supporting information when relevant. Compare the strength of supporting information as well as the appeal of the message.

Avoid sending simultaneous cancellation and reinstatement instructions through unrelated channels. Review the account record after the seller confirms the result.
