Frequently Asked Questions for sculptural opal retractable cord lamp FINISH:RED PVC SPRING CABLE Re-production of the original 'Crabtree'
How can I ask for product information in a format I can use?
Request a clearer explanation of an essential detail rather than a general reassurance. If a recording is the only source, ask whether the relevant details can be supplied in another usable form.

Check the source and date of supporting information when relevant. Compare the strength of supporting information as well as the appeal of the message.
