Frequently Asked Questions for STX Audio STX12SD2 12" Shallow Subwoofer 8 Inch Subwoofers set the Bi-Amp selector to then route the output

What should I verify before marking a support request as resolved?

Confirm the recorded amount if the resolution involves an adjustment. Do not accept an inaccurate summary merely to finish the conversation.

What should I check in an order confirmation?

If something is incorrect, use the stated contact route promptly. Use the confirmation as a record to verify, not merely as a notification to dismiss.

How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?

Check that the order details needed for the chosen method are correct. Do not assume a completed payment message confirms that fulfillment has finished.
